I worked with Sean an his amazing team twice, once for the purchase in 2019 and then a refi at the end of 2020. They overcame obstacles both times! I worked with them a few months prior to purchase to get my score up high enough! The team was super helpful an were able to help we raise the score enough to qualify! We also ran into some last minute tax issues that they helped me overcome! I still can't believe they made this happen for me! Also in the end of 2020 they got me refinancing for 2.25 %! I work offshore with a crazy schedule an they were able to send a notary to a dock in deep South Louisiana to handle the paperwork! I hands down recommend Sean an Dave, Meredith, and all the other office personnel! They are top-notch!!!

Sean Stephens and the whole Metroplex team were amazing. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, they helped us through each step of the mortgage process and were always immediately available for any questions that came up. Sean personally checked in with us numerous times to explain the next steps and to make sure all was on track. Even now, two months after closing, Sean called to see how we were doing and gave very helpful suggestions. His YouTube videos were very informative and helped us to realize we could purchase our dream home. We highly recommend Sean and Metroplex.
